Placement Documents

All placement-related documents should be submitted to placements.gudtp@scosci.ox.ac.uk.

Placement Project Plan | To be completed by the student in collaboration with the host and signed by both.

Placement Application Form | To be completed by the student alone.

Approved Departmental Risk Assessment | To be completed by the student and approved following local departmental practice.

Cost Estimates and Comparisons | To be submitted as attachments only by students applying for GUD TP funding towards their additional costs.

Supervisor's Statement of Support | We will contact your academic supervisor indepedently to confirm their support of your application.

Incomplete applications will remain under review until all supporting documents are submitted.

We request applications to be submitted at least three months before the proposed start date.
